In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), Puppylab accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that are defective, damaged, expired, misrepresented, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Report issues within 7 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase and photos/videos may be required

• Eligible items may be replaced or refunded, depending on availability

• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items

Change-of-mind returns are not required by law but may be accepted within 7 days if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
