Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
We accept available payment methods as shown at checkout.
Puppylab reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide within the Philippines.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Delays due to incorrect information are not our responsibility.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394):

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, expired, misrepresented, or incorrect upon delivery.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase and photos/videos may be required for verification.
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Shipping costs apply.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@puppylab.com with your order number and supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.
